What happens to your data after contacting us?
When you write to us through the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for a period of one year so that we can process your request as well as answer your subsequent questions. We do not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!
Storing your data
Please note that in order to facilitate the order and purchase process and the subsequent execution of the contract with you, we store your IP address as well as your name, address, email address and other personalizing information.
The information you provide is necessary to fulfill our contractual or pre-contractual obligations to you. We do not share this data with third parties except:
– the payment service provider of payment services (bank, PayPal)
– the courier company with which we deliver the purchase
– our accountant.
In an incomplete order, we delete the data entered. Upon completion of a contract and a contract executed by us on the grounds of Art. 6, para. (1) (a) and (b) of the (GDPR) shall keep all the details of the legal relationship until the expiration of the period provided in Art. 12 of the Accountancy Act of Republic of Bulgaria (AA) 10-year term.
Our website uses so-called "cookies". These are small text files that are loaded into the browser and stored on your device. They are harmless.

Our site analyzes consumer Internet traffic through Google Analytics from Google Inc., at 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Here is the Google Analytics Terms of Service. For this purpose, we use "cookies" that allow us to analyze how users use our site. The information thus obtained is transmitted to the suppliers server of the technical solution and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser to not allow "cookies" to be stored.
The processing of data for Internet traffic analysis is carried out on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1 (e) of (GDPR).
Our legitimate interest in the sense of the (GDPR) is to improve the functionality of our website. We value the privacy of our users, so the data we use for web traffic analysis is anonymised by the technical solution provider. With the latter we have a contract for processing personal data.
